Jay methodically compared the two models we were considering side-by-side in the parking lot. He was obviously knowledgeable about the ins and outs of each. Being able to walk from one to the other was instrumental in our comparison. On the test drive, it was hands-down, the best we'd ever experienced. Jay asked what we were our primary areas we'd normally drive in and designed a test drive that took us through a variety of scenarios that mimicked our local roads. I was impressed that the test route wasn't geared towards making the car seem better, but more of a "Here it is, and let the cards fall where they may" sort of attitude. It was completely clear after driving the two models which one worked best for us. The negotiations were fair and very transparent. The whole stigma of "real value" versus trade in was left at the door. Privacy was given for discussion time without them hovering nearby. The manager, Casey, came out to talk to us personally and worked to make the deal. They didn't approach it with smoke and mirrors, but more of a financial transaction where the numbers were all on the table and it needed to work for both parties. I knew that it had been experience when my wife left to get in her new car and sighed, "Wow, I'm never going to go anywhere else. I'm not even stressed out! That's a first."

We were treated like family and never once felt like just another customer to them! Everyone there was so friendly and kind towards our 4yr daughter and litterely made her feel at home! Once we started with the official financing we met with John N. who then went completely out of his way to get us and even better deal and price! I was just wow?d with all the amazing customer service and professionalism that they all displayed there! Not only will we be returning when looking for another car again, but I know my husband and I both will go out of our way to recommend such a great team and dealership!
